Advertisement Booking Refunds
Refunds for newspaper classified advertisement bookings depend on the policies of the respective newspaper publishers. Once an advertisement has been processed or submitted for publication, refunds may not be possible.

- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Technical error during the booking process
- Advertisement rejected before processing
Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
